IF only for just five more minutes.....

As I walked around at the conference - on the last day - looking at all the expo booths, looking at people in attendance, the helpers and volunteers - I realized how much JOY was here! There is Joy and LOVE in God's Church!

As I walked by the Compassion International Booth I noted over 1400 children that found sponsors this week - 1400!!!!

As I walked by the table at my elective the United Youth Alive kids (my gosh have I gotten so old that I view teens as "kids") selling thier "stuff." They are some awesome, powerful, inspiring and creative kids. (yes I said "kids" again!) I now have a new bracelet to sit next to my "ONE" bracelet - it's a nice shiny black bracelet with the bright white words - "UNITED"

As I reflect on this week and what the driving home message is - I realize that I have alot to think about on the rest of our holiday and how God wants me to use this information that was poured down on us.

My only regret was that more people weren't here to see this and that we didn't have the girls in Hillsong Kids..... But ther is always next year?????

This is a short note - as I will have less access to the internet the rest of our holiday. I hope to post of our adventures roaming the country side - but bugger me - we are EXHAUSTED!!!!!! We literally CRAWL in our beds at night - sleep soundly till the alarm sounds - to bound outta bed for yet another day in the out back! : )
