Praise God - I got thru this day. I have no idea how, other than by his help. I have been up since 0700 Monday, worked all night and then attended a TNCC class during the day (and I was actually pretty much coherent and interactive during the class). This is me after 32+ hours awake..... Eeeeeeeeek This picture was my last act before crashing. A quick three hour nap - I am wide awake staring at the screen.... How does insomnia work? How?
