Feeling blah...... GG Challenge and RAK

Feeling blah today..... just not feeling perky.....

I got two layouts done before work last night and wanted to post them here. They are part of the GG challenge for Week Two. We had to scraplift from Amy Grendell.

This first one is a Birthday card for Nat and Rowan's friend that they are going to a party for today. Inspired by GG Crop Tag



Isn't the V-Day Hiedi Grace paper adorable..... That is what Nat and Ro's Vday cards will be made out of... hopefully.......

The second one is of Rowan's big day yesterday. This was inspired by Our Connection. I did a one page layout for her album and then I am going to do a mini album highlighting the whole day....



The pull out tag has the menu of our lunch and on the back was the cost - you know - so I can track inflation..... (for my grandkids someday....)

Okay - gotta get ready for work. Shame really, the girls are at a sleep over - the house will be EMPTY except for the hubby.... and I am working......

There is no justice..... What would Wonder Woman do????

Oh yea - the RAK challenge by BonnieRose - almost forgot.

I am making four thank you cards for people at work that wrote peer evals for my Advancement File. It was this HUGE stack of paper work (felt like I was back in Nursing School) describing WHY I felt I was an Advanced Clinical Nurse compared to other nurses. (I forgot to take a picture of this huge file when I turned it in - but when I get it back I am taking a picture!!!) I found out the other day that I indeed was granted advancement. It's a HUGE bonus as well as a nice recognition. These peer evals came from collegues I admire for their nursing skills, leadership abilities and clinical skills. Without thier evals I would have never gotten the advancement. So each is getting a thank you card personally made, a note about how they are mentors to me AND a card to the green crack house on the corner (pick a corner - any corner). AKA - Starbucks!
